1. I didn't try the food in the hotel, as there are a couple decent coffee shops / bakeries for cheaper breakfast close by, and we were out for dinner each night.

3. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance, including, for breakfast, a French bakery and a Starbucks, if you don't want to pay the price the hotel restaurant charges which was high ($15 for a continental).
