1. You can go for a run on the beach just crossing the street or you have a very short walk either to the harbour of the pier where you can find very good restaurants for lunch or dinner.

3. We didn't plan to spend much time in the room, in any case, as Santa Barbara has so much to explore - museums, old buildings, shopping, the ocean front, great restaurants, wine tastings, tons of things to do.

4. It was nice to be within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops, but the grounds are overcrowded.

5. (main street with tons of shops and restaurants), marina, ocean view playgrounds, etc. It was so convenient to not have to be in and out of the car with our two little ones, made for a very relaxing trip.
