Breakfast in adjacent breakfast
bar
was perfectly adequate with good quality juices and coffee with 4 different types of milk available.

You are, however, about a block off of State Street, so you are relatively close to the heart of downtown, and are a quick electric trolly ride away from the best
bar
s and restaurants the city has to offer.

Free breakfast was great, omelet
bar
on the weekends, although the room where it was held was pretty small and hard to find a place to sit.

That location really is hard to beat, being right on the front and yet still only a 10-minute walk to the heart of the main State Street, where many of the shops,
bar
s and restaurants are.

We were only minutes away from all the
bar
s and shopping on State Street and there was a great restaurant, Sambo's, that we had breakfast at, even though continental breakfast was included.

s/restaurants at night.

Hotel has 2 nice pools and a breakfast room but no
bar
or restaurant, which was a shame as we really liked the ambience and it would have been nice to sit out and enjoy a drink in the gardens.
