But I have to say I have ended up back there each time more by default than desire: if you want to stay in the prime position right opposite the beach and within walking distance of Stearn's Wharf, the Harbour and downtown (the latter a brisk but pleasant 25-minute to half hour walk), the half dozen motels/hotels are all overpriced and this seems to be as good as any but definitely not without its faults and problems.
