1. The hotel manager accommodated his needs with a quite space where he could continue his computer work for a few hours so we did not have to rush back home in LA and cut our afternoon short.

4. Although the hotel was totally booked, the reservations manager Tim totally helped us and found us a room, even though we MIGHT have to move the next night to another room if all his bookings showed up.

6. the manager was very understanding gave us a slight discount, however for the price of the hotel it was definitely NOT worth it!if you care about sleep, you should NOT choose this hotel unless you specifically request a top floor room without side neighbors.
