1. This property, although a bit dated, is very beautiful (in part due to the wonderful location just across the boulevard from the beach).

Pros:- large room- great location- friendly, helpful staff- good restaurant recommendations- huge, great breakfast next door at Eladio's- nice pool & lawn areaCons:- street noise- chintzy with the toiletries (1 bar of soap for sink, shower and tub!)- chintzy with bath towels (3 provided)- hot tub is kind of small - get there early.

Stayed two nights in this beautiful property that's perfectly located near many of Santa Barbara's popular attractions: State Street shopping and dining, the Santa Barbara Courthouse, Stearns Wharf, Shoreline Park, etc. and just a short, scenic drive to Mission Santa Barbara and the lovely town of Montecito.
