1. Security did arrive and told them to watch the noise after I walked to the front desk to complain of it.

6. We were initially given a room that faced the nearby loud freeway, so we asked to change rooms, I wasn't happy with a parking lot view, but at least it didn't have the view and noise of the freeway.
