There is a nice gift shop and coffee shop on property and the
concierge
was very helpful on finding a location to watch the Pacquio-Marquez fight.

, Whitney, was very knowledgeable, providing me with maps and directions from Mission Bay to absolutely everywhere I wanted to go and ever so helpful with sightseeing and shopping ideas, and all with a gracious and welcoming smile.

I sat down with one female
concierge
for help with our holiday such as sight seeing etc and she just wasn't interested or helpful and didn't even bother giving us any information.

The coffee shop was only open on the weekends although the hotel was busy when we stayed there, the staff in there and in the gift shop were really friendly and helpful, more so than the
concierge
who only seemed interested in selling trips or car hire.

I spoke to the
Concierge
(who tried to be very helpful) and said she would get room service to bring hot water, tea bags and fresh milk to our room - an hour later, she gave up and bought a cup of Earl Grey tea at the adjoining coffee shop and brought it up to our room with sachet milk.
