8. I was grateful also to be treated so royally during my stay by Alissa, Paige and Alex, from check-in to morning coffee on my balcony, then a fabulous breakfast on the patio in the morning - a delightful stay in my beautifully appointed room with stunning view,and I hope to come back soon.

10. Though I had paid for two rooms and would of been entitled to an additional complimentary breakfast ticket, when I asked Ramzi for the additional breakfast ticket, he only asked my room number and immediately gave me another ticket.
