1. Breakfast is only free for people who have amassed about 50 stays on the preferred customer program.

2. I usually stay at budget or middle of the road hotels and get rooms with microwaves and refrigerators, free breakfast in the lobby, free coffee all day in the lobby, and free high speed internet access.
