5. It is within walking distance to all the local bars, restaurants, theaters, etc. Unfortunately, you do have to pay $6.00 for parking but, considering the 'city' location, that's a good price.

7. There are many restaurants and coffee shops nearby (Morning Times, Busy Bee, Sitti, CVS, Starbucks are all within a few blocks and open on weekends), and the hotel is within walking distance of multiple museums and event venues.
