5. The bed was comfortable, the room and entire building were very clean, the employees were friendly and helpful, and the hotel did a magnificent job juggling the multiple events going on that weekend and the people that went with them.

On the plus side, the room had a nice downtown view, the bed was super comfy, we had no problem getting an extra rollaway bed or adding a second person to the room last minute (I'd originally booked a room with one king bed for me thinking I was going solo) and all the staff we met or spoke to by phone were gracious and accommodating.

8. There's nothing wrong with it, it's a little tired (stains on carpet in room, chipped paint) but the bathroom is clean, and the rooms are good sized with a nice bed and a variety of comfy pillows.

9. Apparently what happened is they gave a lot of the staff off and because it was new years eve the night before, they didn't have a clean double bed room.
