The faucet fixture was sliding all over the granite counter tops, the caulking around the tub was bright yellow, tub was a light grey/blue and the wall tiles are bright white, the caulking around the shower head was gone and the plate was wrapped around the head, the wallpaper was peeling in the corner and the ceiling was starting to crack from the steam.

5. The tub had hairs on the bottom and they were not hairs from ones head if you know what I mean.

7. Our tub had a broken safety bar with lots of rust- we told the front office and a repair man came up- said he needed a part and would come back tomorrow- he never did.
