2. In my experience, what differentiates a good hotel from a great one is not the amenities, or how new the hotel is, or the gym facilities, but the people who keep the hotel running in its day-to-day operations.

3. Located downtown, a short walk away from a variety of good food and drink establishments (I highly recommend Raleigh Times!), the Sheraton Raleigh boasts a number of suites, a club lounge, a recently renovated indoor pool and a small gym facility.
