1. There isn't much within walking distance in terms of sights, however the free trolley does run nearby with stops at museums, shopping etc.

4. One complaint i have is that the hotel charges for local calls - in these days of free local calls all over the country it is hard to believe that.

5. The hotel has a deal with TGIF catering and hosting the free buffet next door(but you come in through an entrance on the second floor connected to the hotel).
