6. When I checked out they have taken off 1-night room charge and provided me with a Taxi voucher to a different hotel, but the attitude towards these 2 serious issues was not really what I was expecting.

8. My best tip for this hotel is to do an internet search for Central Parking in Philly and download the coupon for the lot across the street where you can park over night for $20 rather than the $44 plus tip the hotel will charge.

10. The TGI Fridays attached to the hotel allows you to charge to the room - which can be easier on the expense account.
