1. Not only did she provide us with a room several hours early, but also: upgraded us to a 'city view' room which would normally have cost a bit more, comped us the $18 daily WiFi fee, and gave us a little snack bag with drinks, treats, etc. I thought that was above and beyond any expected courtesy, especially since I believe Travelocity was responsible for the screw-up.

2. Wireless internet is available for a fee, there are 3 different speeds offered; basic, upgraded and for streaming videos.

3. My jaw drops, and I say to him, 'Pardon me?' I let him know that this is a total surprise to me, as neither the valet nor the desk personnel mentioned they would be charging me this exhorbitant fee to park my car at the place I was staying.
"Scam. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/18/2012 Vote
4. Thus, this is a great hotel to stay in for a family vacation (if you don't mind the parking fee) as you would be in walking distance to all of the museums here.
"Excellent Hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/13/2011 Vote
5. As my trip was company paid, it did not bother me, but if a family were here for a 5 day vacation, they would be paying $210 in parking fees alone.

6. Parking fees are expected, it's a downtown city hotel.
"Great Location - OK Hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/8/2011 Vote
7. My only gripes are the $41 per night parking fee and the $11 per night fee for Wi-Fi (even in the lobby area).
"Great location and service, but a bit pricey... " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/30/2009 Vote
8. Booked the hotel on Hotwire for under $100 with fees included and we were extremely satisified.

9. So, unless you want to pay the fees, don't bother bringing that laptop.
"Beautiful " Read full review on Expedia   8/18/2007 Vote
10. At a rate of $240 plus all of the assorted fees, this is a very expensive choice for a hotel operated more like a budget inn than a standard Embassy Suites.
