1. The hotel is within walking distance of many Philadelphia attractions.

2. There isn't much within walking distance in terms of sights, however the free trolley does run nearby with stops at museums, shopping etc. Breakfast is included and is provided in the Friday's restaurant on-site, with lots of variety to choose from.

8. The location is very convenient to the downtown Philly area and within walking distance to the Franklin Institute, the Natural History Museum and the Mutter Museum but parking was pricey and a good distance from the hotel.
