Not only did she provide us with a room several hours early, but also: upgraded us to a 'city view' room which would normally have cost a bit more, comped us the $18 daily WiFi fee, and gave us a little snack bag with drinks, treats, etc. I thought that was above and beyond any expected courtesy, especially since I believe Travelocity was responsible for the screw-up.
