1. The staff was pleasant; but our smiles didn't last long when we were informed that the overnight valet parking charge would be $40.

2. Whilst on our way to Universal the next morning, the tour company said we could add on an evening tour to take in the Chinese Circus, Walk of Fame, Rock Walk, Rodeo Drive, some of the celebrity houses, etc.The hotel rooms were okay, and staff were very helpful.
