8. At any rate this beautiful hotel has begun to live up to its looks, services friendly & helpful, beautiful rooms (at least floors 9 thru 11, cant speak for the others as have not stayed on lower floors) Drivers & bellmen are really on point, front desk is obliging with room requests.
