3. There is a parking lot across the street where I was able to park for 24 hours for only $6, so no need to pay their valet fees.

6. However the room does not have the amenity you usually find in even a lower grade hotel; there is no fridge/freezer, no internet (they charge you for a fee though at $11/night or something).

10. We would have had to pay that fee also for the one hour from 11 p.m. (our arrival time) to Midnight (new day), but the courteous bellman told us about the public (and well-lit) parking garage facility, located directly behind the hotel on Olive Street with a maximum of $15.
