1. There's nothing fancy here but for the location and free parking it is quite a good deal.

4. Proximity to attractions (very close to Universal Studios, Hollywood Bowl, Hollywood Blvd), the FREE Parking is a big deal (trust me), and a clean place to stay while exploring LA.
