1. The maintenance staff was really nice but the lobby, elevators and stairwells had an unpleasant smell.

2. They also had one computer/printer for free in lobby, Parking was free for 1 car and I did not have trouble finding a spot each night.

3. Since the parking is underneath the motel, you do have to go through the lobby and use the elevator to access the rooms, so I didn't feel there were any safety concerns like I would if the rooms were on the first floor.

4. If you go to the bar or lobby of the hotel next door, the Hollywood Heights, you get super fast free wifi.

5. Additional pluses: free parking & smoking/non smoking separation, free internet connection (and if you don't have a laptop with you you have in the lobby a computer for a quick use) and a small restaurant in case you want a quick breakfast.

6. We had a slight problem when my car was his by another guests car, and the lobby staff were more than willing to help a british tourist find their way around the phone sysyem.
