1. The rate was reasonable, safe location, free parking (other hotels charge $25-$30), quiet at night no one screaming or yelling, clean, no bed bugs (no sure what that bug photo was all about), WIFI was good except there is no mobile phone reception in the room.

4. The management charged our friend screit card used for reservation as well as ours upon check in,despite dozen calls to management and best western corporate office it took more than a month to get the fraudulent charge reversed.

5. No apology or explanation for the extra charge ,BEWARE of using credit cards here as they will charge it for nonsensical reasons and NOT REFUND.

6. Internet is pretty non-existent even tho' they don't charge for it but its very unreliable and the staff has no idea how to fix it ,they just give you a ph# to call and pass the buck.

9. We picked up a hire car on the night before we were leaving and the free parking spot per room is handy as alot of other hotels charge for parking.
