1. The maids need to pay a little more attention to detail as on our 2nd to last day I had to stir my coffee with the end of my toothbrush as they didn't replenish coffee stir sticks in the room, then on our last morning I discovered they did not replenish coffee, cream, sugar or stir sticks.

2. The rooms are clean and comfortable and my only complaint was that I had to go to the front desk more than once for soap & shampoo, as the maid seemed to skip replacing ours several times in a 7-day stay.
