5. When I called the front desk the first night to ask for extra towels, it took over a 1/2 hr to bring them to us, so I didn`t even want to bother calling to have them vacuum at night time.

The service was just ok, i always take with me all my personal things so i don't need to ask for anything, but this time when i used the towels they didn't bring me new ones, the two guys at the front desk were frendly and helpful, the only one that could it be more nicely was one lady from the front desk, I was gonna be late for my flight so she told me she knew someone with a "limo"to take me to the airport, but ohh!no limo, it was just a caravan.
