3. The front desk staff was helpful during our entire, the Hollywood bus tour they suggested was fantastic we took that the second day in town and they picked us up right at the hotel and dropped us back off at the end of the day at the hotel.

It actually live up to my expectations, the room we stayed was cozy, clean and its near the pool, the front desk satff was very friendly and accomodating and was the one who suggested to try out the LA city tours since he found out its our first time in LA and his suggestion was fantastic!we had a blast and made our few days stay in LA worthwhile.

The service was just ok, i always take with me all my personal things so i don't need to ask for anything, but this time when i used the towels they didn't bring me new ones, the two guys at the front desk were frendly and helpful, the only one that could it be more nicely was one lady from the front desk, I was gonna be late for my flight so she told me she knew someone with a "limo"to take me to the airport, but ohh!no limo, it was just a caravan.
