1. The room is average, but the staff, the lobby, and the convenience of having the Blumenthal so close impel me to give the hotel a 4 instead of a 3.

4. A few things: 1) The Starbuck's on the 1st floor isn't open on Sundays (gameday), but they have complimentary Starbuck's coffee in the lobby.

10. I saw the ED, general manager of the hotel constantly greating my group whether at the lobby, restaurant or even the pool making sure the guests were happy and satisfied.
