3. , I saw other complaints on here about a pricey hotel not having it in the room, but I'm not sure what pricey hotel these people are staying at that is giving it to them for free? We stay at alot of 5 stars and there is always a charge.

5. The lobby was packed with people, because that was the only space in the hotel where the WiFi was free.

8. There were free appetizers and beverages available to Club room guests in the main floor restaurant, which we actually just ate as a light dinner several times.

9. However, when I asked to move to a quieter room the reception staff were excellent and very apologetic - got a free breakfast to compensate and was moved easily and conveniently.
