1. I wanted a refrigerator in the room for my insulin, and it was provided free of charge, but that took up outlet space.

6. In 2011 I find it amazing that hotels still charge for wifi, but there are computers in the lobby and free wifi to connect your own device in the lobby.

7. We already got a brilliant deal from Hotwire then on top of that as we were on our honeymoon we were upgraded to a suite free of charge with a view of Charles river.
