1. Rented a car from Hertz located at the hotel and was able to returned to car to the hotel valet who was also very friendly and helpful.

7. The doormen and valet at this hotel were not simply bad, they were exceptionally rude, given that this is the very first impression one gets of the hotel it really didn't set us up for a great stay.
