7. Upon making the reservation, I requested feather free pillows, North Tower room and a room whereby no-one has stayed with a dog recently (allergies).

8. Regarding the actual room comfort, again A+ -- the Sheraton 'Sweet Sleeper' bed is exceptional with plenty of comfy pillows, I mean I crashed the second I laid atop the comforter and was Zzzzzing before I could even think to get underneath.
