1. The hotel's location was perfect, since it's right in the Prudential shopping center area where were lots of shops and restaurants.

Very welcoming service and location is fantastic connected to the Prudential center and Copley place perfect for both business as the convention center is right on the next building and for pleasure as it is in the back bay / south end area walking distance from both the Boston common and downtown area.
