The good:-The hotel is within walking distance to Disney, Garden Walk, restaurants (try Fire+Ice, Bubba Gump Shrimp Co, and Catal at Downtown Disney)-ART bus stop right outside the lobby-Service is extremely efficient and friendly (with the exception of just one bartender)-Rooms are clean and modern-MIX restaurant is very good (we had breakfast and dinner)-Eight elevators that are fast (we only waited once)-Comfortable beds-Ergonomic desk chair-Discount Disney tickets in the lobby for conference attendeesThe bad:-We were overbilled (the front desk immediately took care of it, but be sure to check your bill before you leave)-Charges for internet, fitness facility, local phone calls, parking, breathing, etc. There is a $14/day business bundle to help lower the cost, but charging for internet seems pretty archaic (there is free internet in the lobby--but since I was there for work, I really didn't want to work 10 hours a day in the lobby)-The MIX breakfast buffet is good, but not $25 goodThe ugly:I'm not sure this hotel has any insulation.
