1. Anyhow, I paid my bill and she asked if I wanted a bellman to help with the luggage and I asked for one to come at 1 as the tansport to the airport was arriving at 1:35.

3. We used Zip out Check out - make sure your bill is correct (slipped in your door the morning of your check-out date), call 'zip out check-out' just before you leave, leave your name & room number and leave the key card in the room, skip the lines.

The staff were nice, couldn't seem to get my $10 gift cards for Disney - took a full 24 hours, but they said they'd take off the $6 bottle of H2O I drank in the middle of the night - which they did, but somehow I just got billed for it on my credit card separately - guess that's a phone call I have to make tomorrow :).

10. but that 12.81 call still bothers me, she said they billed for two minutes, unless they count the time the phone rang etc, there is just no way and even if it was 2 minutes.
