1. Jenny (manager at Hilton Anaheim) you had many opportunities to make our honeymoon enjoyable, special or at least comfortable, I will be writing to Hilton when I return to fully vent my frustrations on how you made myself and my wife feel on what was our first leg of our honeymoon.

My last visit to a hilton was for me and my business partner spending thousands at the Hilton Ave of the Americas in New York City earlier in the yearI asked for the manager, Sari went a whispered information to the manager Tam and came back telling me that they would've upgraded but they were now magically sold out of the rooms she offered to sell me minutes before.

5. I travel a lot and I've been a diamond member for 3 years and I know this isn't the norm for Hilton, and I know their managers read these posts.

9. Anyway, Dywane made a call--going way beyond the call of duty, to ensure that are true intentions in booking were relayed to manager on duty on a late Sunday afternoon, and we were indeed changed to the perfect room we wanted.
