1. The gym was great, had a lap pool, plenty of cardio equipment and lots of weights but it does cost $14 for access (free for HHonors members Silver and above, I think).

10. (It was a Lanai, which I thought meant access to the newly renovated and fantastic swimming pool deck--we wanted Disneyland firework view--from a higher floor, which the misunderstanding booking agent typed in without appreciating that all Lanai rooms are on the 5th floor.
