4. Yes, I wish it was a new building built with much better soundproofing between floors, as well as from the exterior noise, but as stated earlier, location location location.

9. We kept on hearing the hotel guest in the upper floor when he/she is walking, a lot of noise from the elevator and a lot of cars' noise at any time of the night.
