1. When we were done, there was no sign of us getting a bill so we could pay for the upgrade to the 'hot buffet' so we left 11 bucks on the table and gave up waiting.

2. At Check-In we were upgraded to a Junior King Suite, given a welcome basket, free internet and free continental breakfast coupons, which turned into a full breakfast buffet for free because they never brought out a bill for the buffet, for it or put it on our room.

5. The concierge, Debbie, was very helpful and Bill Wait on the front desk was also very helpful when asking about restaurants etc. There was some room-to-room noise but I think we were lucky to have quiet neighbours and we kept the air-con fan on so weren't disturbed.
