2. The Front Office Manager was very apologetic, upgraded us to a suite and had a nice welcoming basket in the room.

3. At Check-In we were upgraded to a Junior King Suite, given a welcome basket, free internet and free continental breakfast coupons, which turned into a full breakfast buffet for free because they never brought out a bill for the buffet, for it or put it on our room.

7. As we stood in their lobby, 2 other parties attempted to check-in and were redirected to Embassy Suites because Fisherman's Wharf did not have available rooms due to Hilton overbooking their rooms.
