5. This is a very nice hotel, well appointed, very comfortable, and in a perfect location for walking, catching the cable cars etc. The staff was excellent, and the hotel was spotless.

8. My family and I often stay at less expensive hotels so I'm not one with unrealistically high expectations but this hotel, despite its very good location, had terrible beds that prevented getting a full night's sleep.
