4. Breakfast buffet ( continental -) was very complete and fresh ; if one wanted warm foods as eggs or pancakes , there was a surcharge of 10$ but this we never tried .

8. Only critcism was that it was the same food everyday, after 5 days we really could have done with some variation - but I suppose its the type of hotel where most people stay only a day or so and this wouldn't bother them.

9. Don't bother eating down at fishermans wharf as its high turnover pricey tourist food - go to North Beach which is the Italian district - the food is excellent.
