5. Check in was fast(though taking out your room key to use the elevator was a minor inconvenience), the room was clean and fresh,the bathroom was excellent and the beds were nice.

8. we stayed at the wharf hilton for 9 days ; check in was very good and smooth even if there was no immediate upgrade( being HH diamond) possible due to a fully booked hotel .
