3. There are free shuttles that run all over, the hotel has maps, but the trains and buses are so easy,and less crowded then the free trolley, they also run later.

7. The hotel could use a shuttle as the trolley rarely runs after mid September but the hotel is near the red line of the L and is near some great downtown attractions and restaurants.

10. Our family likes mass transit--by taking the train which was one block away to O'Hare we avoided all the O'Hare traffic and the train fare was $2.25 a person compared to $15-20 per person on a shuttle.
