1. Our suite was lovely as were all of the staff - reservations, front desk, concierge, restaurant and housekeeping - everyone seemed like they really cared about providing exceptional service.

3. The duvet cover was a cheap, itchy, metallic threaded deal which I promptly removed - at least housekeeping covered it with a fresh sheet when the room was made up around 4:00 the next day.
