1. The room was very clean, bed comfortable, nice pillows & towels.

2. When they did clean, sometimes they didn't replace all the items like towels, soap, dish detergent, etc., so I had to call down a few times to have items brought up.

3. During the day of the blizzrd, every hotel guest received a note , that due to staff not being able to make it in, housekeeping services would be minimal for the day ( clean towels, but not much else).

8. There were also restrooms at the pool that included showers which seemed very convenient, and a towel rack full of towels so you didn't have to worry about using the towels from your room.
