1. Someone always opens the door when you enter the hotel and the concierge services are exceptional.

2. We had to check out by noon but our bus didn't leave until 5PM, and the concierge was very accommodating to lock our luggage up for us until we were ready to head to Union Station (at which time they hailed a cab for us too).

4. As newcomers to Chicago we found the reception staff and the concierge extremely helpful, they offered advice, made recommendations confirmed restaurant bookings etc. The staff in the buffet restaurant were also great.

5. Great value!:) The concierge desk was always friendly and helpful, as were the valet guys downstairs who greeted us warmly every time we came back to the hotel and left.

6. First of all, our room wasn't ready and the concierge holds your things in a secured area the entire day and it only costs a mere tip for their services.

8. We arrived late at night (or morning as it were) and the concierge greeted us and offered us complimentary water since we had such a difficult time traveling.
