6. Why can a budget hotel like Residence Inn provide free wi-fi but a hotel (Swan Dolphin) that charges $300 a night , can not? this is one of those rip off tactics similar to airlines charging for carryon and checked luggage.

7. The on site restaurants were rather pricey and I was also disappointed that my 'kids eat free' voucher could only be used at two of the restaurants on site even though I was informed by phone that they'd cover five.

8. My son loved that there was a park on the property as well as free to use floatation devices (tubes or vest), this was an unexpected plus and made pool time very enjoyable.
