3. if you are a facebook fan they leave you milk and cookies in your room very nice touch, the service is great especially the manager at kimonos, rich gillette, he always remembers our names and treats us like family same for the staff at the fresh restaraunt for breakfast, yes the buffet may be a little pricey but the service is exceptional ( ask for Debra).

4. Stayed here for 5 nights in Mid July and each night had to call the General Manager to ask for security to come and quiet the 50 to 75 spanish-speaking-only teenage girls running up and down the halls at 2:00 am.

5. I ended up contacting Gayle the Front office manager and she was extremely helpful and tried putting us in a room on the 6th floor; after walking 58 rooms from the elevator to get to the room (weird lay out) when we arrived in the room it had a very bad odor and the sheets had stains on them.

6. If you are planning a meeting make sure that Sinaca Lingard is your Convention Services Manager he is outstanding and passionate about his career.
